i. GENERAL TERMSi.1: any ill or problematic behavior before, during, or after the commission process by you will not be tolerated.

i.2: write your request in a clear and comprehensible manner.
i.3: references are mandatory; you will need to provide an image of a clear, full-body reference of the character.
i.4: i reserve the right to decline your request based on various factors, such as complexity, lack of needed timeframe, or failure to comply with my terms of service.
i.5: i would like to keep the conversation strictly professional, and related only to the commission.
i.6: you are not allowed to change or alter my artwork in any way, including taking off or changing my watermark.

•ii. PAYMENTii.1: once i have provided the sketch and it is agreed upon that you are satisfied with the appearance and wish for no further changes or adjustments, i expect the required payment in full before i continue with the commission.
ii.2: i currently only accept payment of USD $ through ko-fi.
ii.3: i accept vouchers, but i must be made aware that you want to use a voucher, and the item in question must be discussed and agreed upon by both of us.•

•iii. PROCESSiii.1: the completion time for your commission may take up to around one week due to various factors such as real-life business, mental health, physical health, complexity of commission, or other commissions.
iii.2: you will be notified of any major problems that occur that may disrupt the commission process; depending on the severity of the interruption, you may be eligible for a full refund of the amount already paid.
~:to specify — major problems can include, but are not limited to: a sudden delay in the expected completion time, loss of the commission, or the inability to complete the commission for an extended or indefinite amount of time, or other unforeseen issues.
iii.3: i will provide updates at significant stages of the commission. these updates include: the official start, continuation, potential delays, and ending.•

•iv. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONiv.1: you are are permitted to check on the progress of your commission whenever desired.
iv.2: if a change is requested during a commission process, an additional fee may be charged with the amount being based on the complexity of the change, and the extent of alterations needed.

•v. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYv.1: i, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned piece as the creator of the artwork.

v.2: you, the buyer, have the rights to use my artwork for personal use, unless we have discussed commercial use and i have agreed on it.

v.3: if you, the buyer, violate copyright terms, it will result in a blacklist and the retraction of all rights you had over any commissioned artwork.

vi. CANCELING / REFUNDING POLICYvi.1: i, the artist, have the right to cancel the commission and refund the money at any time.

vi.2: you, the buyer, have the right to cancel the commission and request for a refund.

vi.3: if you, the buyer, file a wrongful chargeback against me, i will be submitting a rebuttal and file for fraud.
